Order and Invoice Tickers

New in GDC Connect version 2.1, the Order and Invoice Ticker screens show you the last 50 Orders and Invoices as they are entered into your Prophet 21® system. 

These handy screens allow you to set a refresh rate anywhere from 15 seconds to 10 minutes and display eye-catching charts that alert you of exceptional Invoices and Orders.

Your staff will be amazed that you seem to know about large invoices, returns and profit exceptions almost before the "paint is dry"!

The tickers show you the Invoice or Order number, the Customer or Ship-To Name, the date and time of the item and more. Orders are even color coded for profit exception parameters that you establish in Connect System Setup.

If you want to know the details of an item in the tickers just click on the line item. The Order or Invoice detail screen will appear.
