 Drill-Down from Summary to Detail Information
The true power of the GDC Connect Sales Analysis and Management System for Activant's ® Prophet 21 ® distribution software resides in the wide array of Drill-Downs that are included.
GDC Connect includes a number of unique views of your Prophet 21® data and in almost all cases you can dig deeper into that data. This provides you with an almost endless set of tools to let you analyze your company sales!
Most of the drill-downs include the following features:
- Date Range Selection
Select a beginning and ending date from which to base your data on.
- Export to Excel
Once you have the data that you want to see, you can export that view to MS Excel for further analysis or for your own use.
- Sort-Column Header Buttons
Each drill-down will allow you to sort the resulting columns. For instance you may want to see your data by Customer Name or by Total Sales.
