Connect Customers Dashboard

The Customers Dashboard for Prophet 21® provides you with an overview of customer activity for your company. Like the Overview, Invoices and Orders dashboards, the Customers Dashboard can be broken down into several component views.

• Last Five Watched Customers
  This is a listing of the last five Customers that have been added to your "Watched Items" listing.
• Five Newest Customers
  This control displays the last five customers that have been added into your Prophet 21®  system.
• Top Five Customer Credit Status
  This interesting control displays your customer listing grouped by Credit Status. For instance, if your have an "On Hold" credit status and a "Good" credit status, your customer listing will be divided into these two categories. Each category displays the number of customers and the total Credit Used for the group.
• Five Highest Credit Balances
  This grid shows the top five customers by total Credit Balance.
• Top 5 Customers Current Period Invoiced Sales
  This control displays the top 5 customers sorted by total invoiced sales for the current period. The chart to the right of this control displays the information in a bar graph to help you visualize the slope of sales volume.
