Connect Orders Dashboard

The Orders Dashboard for Prophet 21® displays a number of useful controls that will help you manage Orders, Quotes and RMAs. Like the Invoices Dashboard, there are a several items of interest.

• Last Five Watched Orders
  This control displays the last five Orders that have been added to the Watched Items listing. By clicking on one of these items, you can view the item detail.
• Last Five Orders
  This is a listing of the last five customer orders entered by your organization. The grid displays the following fields
  
  
  • Order Number
  • Ship-To Name
  • Order Date
  • Profit Percent
  
  If the Profit Percent is outside of the acceptable parameters that are set in the Profit Exceptions administrative control, the profit percent will be highlighted. Clicking on the line-item will open a screen that displays the Order Details.
• Last Five Quotes
  This control displays the last five customer quotes for your company. Information in the grid is the same as the information in the Last Five Orders control - only for Quotes.
• Last Five RMA
  This control displays the last five customer RMAs for your company. Information in the grid is the same as the information in the Last Five Orders control - only for Return Material Authorizations.
• 12 Month Order Dollars, Cost and Profit Chart
  This chart displays the prior 12 month order dollars, order cost and order profit dollars for your company.
• 12 Month Order Profit Percent Chart
  This chart displays the prior 12 month order profit percents by month for your company. A trend line is also displayed.
