  This is a listing of the last five Invoices that have been added to the Watched Items Items listing.
• Last 5 Invoices
  This listing provides a quick glance of the latest Invoice activity for your company. The invoice listing includes the Invoice Number, Customer Name, Invoice Date and Total Amount.
• Invoice Statistics
  This control box shows you statistics regarding your company's Invoices over a selected period of time. You can select from

  • Last Three Months
  • Last Six Months
  • Last Twelve Months
  
  By changing your selection you will see information for the selected time period regarding
  
  
  • Total Invoices
  • Number of Invoices
  • Average Invoice Amount
  • Largest Invoice
  • Smallest Invoice
  
  Changing the selection box also changes the data displayed on two charts at the bottom of the dashboard - Monthly Invoice Sales, Cost and Profit and Monthly Invoice Profit Percent.

  This chart displays a graphical representation of your organization's Invoiced Sales, Cost of Sales and Profit Dollars. The time frame for the chart can be changed by selecting a time-frame from the drop-down in the Invoice Statistics control.

  This chart displays a graphical representation of your organization's Invoiced Sales Profit Percent. The time frame for the chart can be changed by selecting a time-frame from the drop-down in the Invoice Statistics control.
