Since Connect for Prophet 21® was released in 2009 there have been many requests for a version of the system that could be used by sales reps. Web-Connect provides real-time sales information, filtered by sales rep accessible anywhere the sales rep has Internet access.
The sales professional can see a dashboard of current sales activity, look up orders and invoices, see customer aging, and view customer details such as open orders and invoices.
In addition, all of this is provided to the sales rep without using a single Prophet 21® license!
